I’m Harrison, founder of Off Leesh. I’ve spent my career scaling ecommerce brands and running ad accounts of all sizes, and I built this agency to bring that senior-level work straight to growing brands.

I didn’t start Off Leesh from a spare room, nor did I start with $50 and a laptop my girlfriend bought me. I’ve spent nearly 10 years on the inside, scaling ecommerce brands and running ad accounts of all sizes. Across my career I’ve generated over $200M in revenue for the brands I’ve worked with, at an average 4.8x ROAS.
So why start small again? Because big agencies stopped feeling like partners. Brands became line items on a P&L and real strategy got handed to junior account managers reading from a script. I wanted to build the opposite of that.
Off Leesh is small on purpose. I take on a handful of clients at a time so I’m personally in every account, not watching from a distance. I don’t have Fortune 500 logos, or 500 logos to slap on my website. I’ve got brands I can genuinely move the needle for, because at the end of the day, I can’t grow my company if I can’t grow yours.
I also build and scale my own ecommerce brand, so I feel the exact pressures you feel: the cost of a bad week, the pull of a scaling window, the gap between revenue and actual profit. This isn’t theory for me. It’s what I do with my own money, every day.

Luxury floral brand that came in spending on ads but not getting consistent returns. They were underwater and at risk of going out of business. I rebuilt the Google and Meta structure, optimised and launched new shopping feeds and consulted on growth strategy.

$0 to $300k/month in 6 months
Premium leather bag brand launching from scratch. I built the entire paid acquisition engine from the ground up, taking it from zero to $300k monthly revenue in under 6 months.
Sundara Skin
4.1x ROAS at scale
Skincare brand stuck at 2x ROAS. I rebuilt their creative strategy, introduced UGC-led ad formats, and rebuilt their retargeting sequences. ROAS more than doubled.
Salty Captain

Car care and 4x4 accessories brand wanted fast scaling. They had very fragmented structure and that was driving fragmented, inconsistent results. I consolidated the Meta and Google structures, resulting in $700k+ in revenue at a consistent 50% month-on-month growth trajectory.
I keep the list short on purpose
I only take on a few brands at a time, and I’m honest about fit. I work best with ecommerce brands doing roughly $10k to $250k+ per month, with a product that already sells, who want a senior operator in the trenches with them, not a big agency treating them like account number 47.
